I usually have the same order from these guys, 1 chicken doner kebab, and 1 lamb donner kebab. The cost? 10 pounds and 5 pens (might be 15 pens). What happened today though was that they finally decided to start charging me with the new prices. They made Lamb doner kebab 4.50 and chicken donner 5.05. This means that if you were not informed of the price changes by a new leaflet of theirs or had asked you did the mistake i did, which ment you were charged 9.55 and thus since you are not over the 10 pound boundary for getting free delivery i got charged 1.90 more. These people knowing that they could have made more profit neglected to warn me of the new prices or even that i could get an extra can of coke and save me money. Moral? These people did not inform me of the changes or of the fact that i was going to pay more. For kebab that is already overpriced think before ordering at Westgate Kebab, they are simply not worth it anymore, find an other place to order your kebabs and not from the idiots at Westgate Kebab.

How to identify them:� Random threats, bad people skills, technical incompetence, lack of awareness of the business environment and the employees, selective “deafness” (ignoring what you say) accompanied by lots and lots of rubbish coming out of them.

The victims?� Employees, the companies they work for and the clients
