Hey everyone, end of term is almost here. I am still writing reports, it sucks
To reply to a comon question i receive from people i download things from 2 main sources, bittorrent and binary newsgroups. If you want to find out what they are then this is not the place for you. I only download legal software or trial versions. If you like something and you can afford to buy it then do so.
Useful links for bittorrent are:

As for binary newsgroups, first check if your ISP offers them for free. If not http://www.newshosting.com/ is a usenet newsgroups provider. It does good deals for the unlimited packages. Remember guys, downloads are full spead. It is worth it. Now you need to get your hands on a good client. There are a few binary newsgroup clients that are opensource, so you dont have to pay for them. They can probably open .nzb files, which are an idea of http://www.newzbin.com/ . Ofcourse you will need to pay for them, but use that webpage as a source for finding out what is in the newsgroups. Now there are a few pages that help you create your nzb files such as
- http://www.binsearch.info/
You can also pay for an amazing client: Newsleecher. Google it up, it doesnt cost much and it will save you the time to look for nzb files as the guys who designed it provide you with a search engine that you need to pay for though. But its not much and its worth it.
One last thing about newsgroups are PAR files. if you go to http://www.quickpar.org.uk/ you will find a client that will help you use these amazing files. Read the webpage to find out more. Oh and if you really want to find out more about newsgroups http://www.slyck.com/ng.php is a good page to start with.
Well this is it for now, please leave me any comments or corrections
